Snaps and a re-cap

My Alzheimer's walk was over a week ago, but I thought the post should be better late than never. First of all, I'd like to give shout outs to those who sponsored me (at least the ones who read this blog) - Michelle and Stacey. Major props. With their help and that of my family I was able to raise $180, which may not seem like much to some, but I'll take it. Next year I will probably start earlier and put in a little more effort, but for now I am happy. Overall the walk raised over $500, 000 which I think is awesome. I'm hopeful that all of this support will get the research we need in order to be spared from this horrible disease. So thanks again gals. You rock.

The walk was pretty cool. It was at Hollywood Park this year and we got to walk on the inside of the track, which I though was neat-o. I walked past David Hyde Pierce and Victor Garber, two men I'm in love with (the first being the one I want to go to the theater with, the second being the one I want to sleep with =) and no, not the reasons I did the walk, but a nice benefit). I also got to see a pink-haired Shelley Fabares (sp?) and Bryan Cranston (who(m?) I'd rather just call Tim Watley). So overall a really cool day.
